Did you know that Spirit Airlines provides email and phone support for Travel Agents
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday?

The Sales Support desk can assist Travel Agents with changes / modifications / courtesy
refunds / credit shells / schedule changes / NO/UC issues / price mismatches and
Travel Agent access to the web portal and other issues.
Seat Assignments / Pre-purchased Bags / Online Check-in
Travel Agents or their customers may take their GDS record locator or the Spirit
Airlines record locator to www.spiritair.com
under the "My Reservations" tab in order to purchase seat assignments and check
baggage. Free seat selection is available during online check in.
Baggage Embargo
Spirit Airlines is announcing some baggage embargos which will limit the number
of bags allowable on specific flights and/or destinations. Please follow the link

How to Open a Travel Agency Account With Spirit Airlines
In order to open a Travel Agency web site account with Spirit Airlines, travel agencies
must fax the following documents to our Sales Support Department at 248-727-2688:
- A copy of the Travel Agency's letterhead showing their address, phone number,
and fax number
- A copy of either their IATA, ARC, or CLIA certificate/letter
- Travel agency e-mail address
- Name of travel agency manager
New account requests are usually processed within 48 hours and a representative
will contact you upon completion. If you have additional questions regarding setting
