About FREE SPIRIT:
The FREE SPIRIT™ program is designed to reward Spirit customers for their
loyalty. FREE SPIRIT™ award travel will be available on every flight, without
blackout dates. Domestic awards start with as few as 15,000 miles and Caribbean
awards start at 20,000 miles. FREE SPIRIT™ is managed online so members will
be able to track their miles, account balances and status levels at their fingertips
at spiritair.com.
* As an additional bonus, individuals
who apply for and are approved for the FREE SPIRIT™ MasterCard through this
offer today will have the opportunity to earn up to 25,000 additional bonus miles
from Spirit Airlines. To take part in this promotion, customers must register for
this promotion at spiritair.com. Spirit Airlines will award additional bonus miles
for valid roundtrip flights taken by the primary accountholder on Spirit Airlines
flights within one (1) calendar year of registration for the promotion at spiritair.com.
The primary accountholder will receive 5,000 miles if they take a total of four
(4) roundtrip flights, an additional 5,000 miles if they take a total of seven (7)
roundtrip flights, an additional 5,000 miles if they take a total of ten (10) roundtrip
flights, and an additional 10,000 miles if they take a total of at least twelve
(12) roundtrip flights during the specified time period. The maximum amount of additional
bonus miles that will be awarded is 25,000 miles. These additional bonus miles will
not appear on the FREE SPIRIT MasterCard credit card statement and will be deposited
directly into the primary accountholder's FREE SPIRIT reward account 4-6 weeks after
the anniversary of the card holder’s registration for the promotion at spiritair.com.
Travel must be booked on spiritair.com and the customer must be logged into their
FREE SPIRIT account. A valid Round Trip flight is defined as an itinerary in which
the terminating airport is the same as the originating airport of that itinerary.
Flights booked on award miles, using 100 percent vouchers or coupon codes do not
qualify. Individual accountholder questions regarding the additional bonus miles
that they are eligible for should be directed to Spirit Airlines. BusinessCard is
excluded from this promotion. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
** The 15,000 bonus miles will
be awarded upon the first use of your Account for a purchase or balance transfer.
Bonus miles will be sent to Spirit Airlines at the close of the first billing statement
in which the purchase or balance transfer has posted. FREE SPIRIT ONYX World MasterCard
cardmembers will also earn one (1) mile for every one dollar ($1.00) in balances
transferred to your account during the first 60 days the account is open up to a
maximum of 10,000 miles.

Membership into the $9 Fare Club will continue if you make at least one purchase
in each billing cycle with your FREE SPIRIT(TM) MasterCard. There will be a delay
between the date you make your initial purchase, the date Barclays Bank Delaware
reports net purchases to Spirit Airlines, and the date that Spirit Airlines acts
upon the information so it may take up to two months for your complimentary membership
to become active.

SPIRIT MasterCard program will be running a double miles promotion for everyday
purchases at partner locations. When consumers use their FREE SPIRIT Onyx MasterCard
at marketing partner locations, then Spirit will apply double miles for each purchase
during the promotional period. The promotion is cancelable at anytime by Spirit
Airlines.
