What is the Spirit Airlines Group Program?
The Spirit Airlines Group Travel program offers one guaranteed price for all passengers traveling with the group.
Group travel is not discounted travel. Group rates quoted are guaranteed for 24 hours.

- Name changes can be made free of charge up to 30 days before schedule departure
- Ticketless travel
- Dedicated group desk
- Discounts available with our business partners for cars, hotels, and a major Florida attraction
Who can use the Spirit Airlines Group Program?
Any group of 10 or more passengers traveling on the same itinerary can take advantage of the group program.
How do I utilize the Spirit Airlines Group Program?
Group travel quote requests will only be accepted by completing the group form request below. We will send
you a quote within 3 business days with specific information about group travel on Spirit Airlines. If you have
a question about a group you have already booked, you can contact our Group Desk at 877-663-4841, Monday through
Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Eastern Time. To better assist you with your group travel needs, please have your contract
number or Passenger Name Record (PNR) ready when you call. No quotes for group travel will be given over the phone.
Other important information:
- A non-refundable deposit of $40 per person is due within 7 days of the booking if travel is outside of 60 days;
for travel within 60 days, full payment is due at time of booking.
- Final payment along with name list is due 60 days prior to departure.
- Spirit accepts credit cards, checks, and money orders. Multiple forms of payment can not be accepted.
